Beautiful shoes!

Very happy with my purchase! I was afraid that they would be too small, but they fit well. I would recommend going up in size a bit in most cases since the toe box is very narrow. The quality of the shoes is great as always.

Such a beautiful shoe. I love how these shoes look. They feel so authentic in the design for the period. I love American Duchess’s detail to perfection.
A wee tight on first wear but obviously they need to be worn for the leather to soften. Beautiful looking shoe.
Please continue doing what you do so well American Duchess.

I am a UK size 5 1/2 wide but tend to wear a UK size 6 and purchased a US size 8 and they fit perfectly. These shoes are so comfortable even the first time you wear them. I can wear these to work comfortably including 2 miles of walking and wearing them all day. I had been wanting to get a pair of American duchess shoes for about a year and I am so glad I finally did. The delivery to the UK from the EU website was super quick. They come with a spare set of ribbon laces and a spare pair of heal caps. I also purchased a set of green ribbon laces which look great. The construction is beautiful and they feel like shoes that are made to last a long time.
